In East Greenwich, RI, this basement was getting groundwater coming through onto the floor, and it was even worse after heavy rains. The owners were looking for the next step towards getting this space dry and protected from future water and rains. Our crew was able to easily install Waterguard around the basement and tie it into a TripleSafe sump pump. When the water would seep into the basement, the system will pick it up and drain through and then to the pump for removal.

When the new owners bought this home in East Greenwich, RI they noticed the basement wasn't in the best shape and the leaking water was not going to fit into their plans to use the space for storage. The crumbling brick wall was a main source of the water seepage and a major eyesore, but we had a fix! Our CleanSpace wall could cover that up to seal any moisture coming in there out of the room. Any moisture under the barrier would fall right into the Waterguard and go straight to the SuperSump Plus system for removal.

Our crew went in and removed that fallen debris and plastic liner to make way for our encapsulation process! Our CleanSpace vapor barrier covered the floor and joined the SilverGlo insulation on the walls. Rim Joist spray insulation went around the perimeter to make that crawl space a controlled environment for the homeowners.
