The owner of this home in West Kingston, RI contacted us for a free estimate stating water runs down from an open bulkhead, down the stairs and runs like a river in the basement, depending on the severity of the storm. We came in and installed TrenchDrain that directed that water to the SuperSump.
A leaky foundation in this Scituate, RI home wasn’t good news for anybody, but we were here to help this homeowner solve this problem. One product we were sure would help is our SuperSump pump system and even though it only holds one pump, it still has the power and ability to clear out a leaking basement. With this sump pump, any water that makes its way through the foundation will enter the liner and get pushed up and outside, back where the water belongs.
The owners of this crawlspace in Scituate, RI have had enough of moisture getting inside where it doesn’t belong. With a simple call to DryZone, we were able to get a consultation in and create a solution to their problems. Following the plan made by the design specialist, our crew encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace which is a vapor barrier that goes up on the walls and will protect the inside of the crawl from the outside element. Not only does the CleanSpace protect the space, but it also adds a clean finish, making it a usable storage area for the homeowners.
In Scituate, RI the old sump pump in this home was not taking care of the water seepage and needed a serious upgrade! Using the same hole in the basement, we installed our SuperSump Plus with an UltraSump battery back up, ready for anything!
This 14-year-old dehumidification unit in North Scituate, RI was not performing up to expectations and leaving the basement damp and humid, opposite of what it should be doing! After meeting with our inspector for a free estimate, we were able to educate them on the SaniDry unit and how we can duct it similarly to their old unit, but it would perform much better and keep their basement nice and dry.
