A homeowner in Chatham, MA needed a sump pump to be installed in their basement because there was no way to discharge the water! The crew did a fantastic job jackhammering a whole, putting the TripleSafe in and filling up the rest of the whole to finish the job!
When this customer in Chatham, MA contacted us, we were told that a severe leak in his foundation was causing water to build up on the floor. The customer was angry about all of the puddles, so we made sure to save his basement from future rainwaters. Our production team installed a TripleSafe sump pump to go in the lowest corner in the basement. This pumping system can move up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour, ensuring this basement stays bone dry.
This partially finished, concrete basement was taking in water during heavy rain events on the unfinished side. The homeowner believed it was coming in through where a pipe enters through the foundation, but couldn't be totally sure. When our inspector David performed his free estimate and evaluation appointment, there was water actively leaking into the basement. He was able to diagnose the entry points also along the joint of where the wall and floor meet, as the way and places where water was entering was not solely around the pipe penetration. After this one-day installation, our WaterGuard drainage system will capture and help redirect water leaking in through this area of the foundation, and a half-wall installation of our CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier system will help to catch water leaking in through the part of the foundation where pipes and utility lines enter through!
This beautiful plank flooring in Orleans, MA is a jaw dropper! You could never tell it is not a real wood floor!
Every basement is different and some won’t need as extensive projects as others, like this home in Orleans, MA, they were only getting water seeping in through this crack in their basement foundation. Our inspector talked to the owner about fixing the crack and how we would do that with our FlexiSpan system, no need to quote other products or systems that aren’t necessary to keep their basement dry. The FlexiSpan would fill the crack and create a protective layer on top to keep any water from seeping in, just what they were looking for!
