Brewster, MA Drainage System

This Brewster, MA home was getting water after storms and the homeowners knew they needed a sump pump so they could be prepared against future storms. They gave a call to the experts, DryZone, and we were able to get eyes on the issue so we could give them the best solution for the water problems they’d been having. As well as a SuperSump system, we installed our Waterguard system along the wall to collect the water that makes its way in. the system conveniently goes under the surface of the floor so once the new concrete dries, you can barely tell the Waterguard is even there.

This homeowner in Brewster, MA wanted a vapor barrier for his dirt crawlspace. He was also looking for a way to insulate the walls to keep the area warmer. Better Sump Pump System In Brewster, MA

We got a call from a customer in Brewster, MA looking for a better sump pump for his basement. His current sump hole was too small, and that was causing water to easily fill up the hole, making the sump run constantly.  We fixed the issue by installing our TripleSafe sump pump that goes in a much bigger pit, so that the hole won't be filled up as often.

Improved Sump Pump System in Brewster, MA

This finished basement from Brewster, MA was in decent shape, it had two working sump pumps and a drainage system. Though, there was a third pump that began to malfunction. It failed over night during a rainstorm and he woke up to a massive puddle in the corner! To make sure this doesn't happen again, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump.

Upgraded Waterproofing for Brewster, MA Basement

This unfinished Brewster, MA basement fell victim to flooding this past winter and spring. In addition to noticing water coming up through the foundation floor, there was cracking and settling in their foundation floor - and their previously installed sump pump system was now located in a portion of the floor that seemed to have raised up higher over time. When our inspector, James, went out to evaluate the property and provide a written estimate upon his inspection - he took this into consideration and found the true low spot that would prove to be most effective for having the sump pump installed. Our crew installed a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system to capture water leaking in through the foundation, and a brand new TripleSafe sump pump system to tackle these homeowner's water issues. As part of the discharge for the sump pump system - our IceGuards come standard. These awesome tools allow for water to escape even in the event of clogged or frozen exterior discharge lines, so water does not begin backing up in the basement. Often times when determining where the discharge lines should run, our inspectors will try to find a spot where they are easily accessible but not totally obvious (as you'll see here in these photos where they are tucked behind some beautiful greenery)!
