This customer from North Falmouth, MA wanted to fix his sagging floor above the crawl space. The floor joists below had weakened over time because of so much moisture getting in this space. So we killed 2 birds with 1 stone by raising and stabilizing this floor using our SmartJack floor support system and then we fully encapsulated the floor with CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture seepage! Now, with a stable floor and a dry crawl space, this homeowner was relieved to have called us for help! 

This home in Bourne, MA was seeing some leakage in the basement coming from a crack in the wall. For this crack we used our FlexiSpan system where the crack is filled with a polyurethane polymer and then a second layer of drainage that would lead any leakage to a drywell or in some cases, WaterGuard system.

The property in Duxbury had a lot of issues with moisture in their crawl space. They were looking for better insulation in the basement as well.
