A homeowner from Newton, MA called us concerned about her insulation in her dirt crawlspace. It started to grow mold and was falling apart. To solve this issue, we completely cleaned out the old debris and installed SilverGlo wall insulation! This acts acts a radiant barrier to reflect heat back in, keeping the area warm and protected!

A family in Newtonville, MA reached out for help because the dampness and water damage had taken a toll on their space. An inspector went to the basement to carefully assess the situation, as the root of the cause was identified, the inspector had a production crew install the TripleSafe sump pump system that includes three layers of defense against water infiltration. The primary pump, secondary pump and battery backup pump! 

Our customer in Newton, MA reached out to us to look at her garage. She needed a new floor and needed to stop any water entering in from the outside. Since she has been working with DryZone since 2013, she knew she could count on us to take care of the problem. We removed the existing floor, added a full perimeter drainage system and a sump pump then we poured her a new floor on top. A beautifully effective job well done!

An artery line is a term we use to describe when the WaterGuard runs across the floor (as opposed to or in addition to around the perimeter) When water comes up through the floor, artery lines are necessary to carry the water to the sump pump!

This basement from Newton Center, MA had moisture in their walls which was making its way into the basement! This meant that the basement was very humid, and was in risk of growing mold if the homeowner didn't call us for help! We were able to solve the moisture issue by applying CleanSpace wall vapor barrier onto the foundation walls. This covers the whole wall up with a thick layer of polyethylene to prevent moisture from entering.
