A customer from Norwood, MA saw a steam of water coming from his basement window and down to the concrete flood. He was looking for a way to keep his basement window safe so that water and weeds won't make their way through! To solve the problem, we installed our SunHouse window enclosure system to keep out rain and pests! This basement in Waban, MA had some previous waterproofing solutions installed but wanted to make the big jump to a total waterproofing makeover, new floor, and all! After demoing the old floor, Waterguard was installed around the perimeter and connected to the previously installed TripleSafe sump pump. Then our crew could pour the new floor over, making sure it’s level and smooth.

This homeowner noticed some issues in his Waban, MA crawl space such as mold and odors. To help prevent moisture that was causing those concerns, our crew installed CleanSpace, our vapor barrier that works to seal the space. Now he has peace of mind knowing his crawl space is healthy. 

In Westport, MA, the owners of this home were not thrilled when they realized the crack on their basement wall was the reason why water was puddling on their floor. Luckily for them we have our FlexiSpan system which is a polyurethane sealant that is able to stretch and bend along with the foundation for a lasting fix.

This home in Westwood, MA had a sump pump "system" in place. A submersible pump in a bucket that was placed into the ground. It could not keep up with the water and it was constantly getting clogged because of the open 'liner'. Our crew installed the SuperSump system which created a closed system. We also poured a new concrete floor in this basement.
