DryZone Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A customer in East Walpole, MA wanted to seal a basement wall crack he spotted that was coming from the corner of the window. Unfortunately, this intrusion point was leaking in water, so our production foreman installed our FlexiSpan wall crack repair system to seal it up. No water will be able to pass through due to the multiple layers of flexible polyurethane and permeable membrane that were applied to the crack. 

This homeowner from Needham, MA had no sump pump system or vapor barrier for his dirt crawlspace. No homeowner wants to see a cold, damp and humid crawlspace since it can cause some health concerns and structural damage. Our production team strategically laid out CleanSpace vapor barrier onto the cold floor to prevent moisture from ruining the crawlspace. 

This homeowner's sump pump in was really slowing down in performance. It was not turning on during rainstorms and it was making a strange noise that was unusual at times. This was the last straw for the homeowner so he wanted to swap it out with one of our sumps! Our inspector knew the TripleSafe sump pump was the best option to replace his old system as it comes with a primary pump, secondary pump and battery backup pump for power outages. This means that more water will be moved at a faster rate, keeping his basement safe from floods! 

There was a homeowner from Needham, MA that wanted to fix his cold and damp crawlspace. It was showing signs of mold spores which is alarming since nobody wants to be breathing in any of that in their own living spaces. The best solution we provided was to completely encapsulate the crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier and applied SilverGlo wall insulation to help warm up the area.
