This basement in Dighton, MA had a couple cracks that continued to leak when it rained no matter what he did to stop it! DryZone came in and installed the FlexiSpan with a strip of CleanSpace over it for extra protection. We guarantee that the crack will not leak for the lifetime of the home!
This basement in North Dighton, MA really needed our help and we were more than willing to lend a hand. The owner had noticed multiple spots that water was seeping into her basement and one of those being the doorway, which is a common spot for most basements. With doorways we can install our TrenchDrain drainage system that works the same as the Waterguard system but has a grate over the top so it can be placed in other places besides along the wall. With the TrenchDrain in place, any water that comes in under the door will be caught before it can get onto the basement floor and cause unwanted problems!
In Dighton, MA this fairly newer home was dealing with some foundation cracks that allowed water to leak through, warping their basement floors and becoming a potential mold breeding ground. After demoing the walls, our crew was able to use our FlexiSpan system to fill the cracks with a flexible polymer and seal to prevent any leaks. The FlexiSpan comes with a guarantee that lasts the lifetime of the home!
A homeowner in North Dighton, MA lives in a swampy area and needed a better sump for his basement. Due to the terrain he was living on, there was always water getting into the foundation. His existing sump was too weak to pump out excessive amounts of water. One of our inspectors visited the homeowner to inform him about the sump pump options we have. The one that the homeowner was attracted to was the TripleSafe sump pump that comes with an UltraSump backup battery system in case of a power outage. Once we installed in, he felt much better that he finally can rely on a better sump pump!
This concrete crawlspace in Quincy, MA was curious about our vapor barrier because he was looking to protect his crawlspace even more. He had an existing sump pump, but the circuit breaker tripped so his sump pump wasn't able to work, causing him to take on water. We fixed up the crawlspace by encapsulating it with CleanSpace vapor barrier, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a SmartSump premier pumping system. To go along with the SmartSump, we installed an UltraSump backup system in case the circuit breaker does trip again.
