This homeowner in Pawtucket, RI was so distracted from his daily activities from all the water getting into his unfinished basement. Unsure of what to do, he reached out to us for a waterproofing solution. Our inspector was thorough during the estimate, giving the homeowner the details on our TripleSafe sump pump system. This is our 3-pump system that pumps up to 6,200 gallons of water out per hour. 

A homeowner called us reporting that the center beam of his basement was sagging. Our team went in and installed 5 SmartJack XT supports to support the floor joist system above it, as well as 16 ft of supplemental PowerBrace beams. We installed metal sleeves over the floor joists and used a PowerBrace Clamp Bracket to hold the beam. This enabled us to permanently stabilize the floors in the customer's home. When this East Providence, RI home was spotting puddles in their basement, they knew something had to be done about it. One part of our design specialist’s solution was Waterguard, a drainage system that will collect water that enters the basement and then send it to the TripleSafe sump pump that was also installed. That pump will then push the water out of the basement to help ensure the floor stays puddle free.
