This crawlspace in Medway, MA started with fiberglass insulation that was damp and falling from the floor joists. We came in and removed that debris and installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier with a SaniDry dehumidifier. The transformation is amazing and now this home has a dry crawlspace!

Fiberglass insulation absorbs water and moisture from the air like a sponge. We removed that nasty insulation from this Medway home and made the crawlspace a dry environment.

The homeowner ultimately agreed and trusted our professional opinion, and moved forward with the installation of both a SuperSump Plus and a TripleSafe sump pump system, and the installation of both WaterGuard and TrenchDrain drainage systems to capture other water that was coming up through the wall/floor joints. This basement is ready to take on the next rainstorm, without a doubt!
