A homeowner from Holden, MA made a call to our appointment center to see if one of our inspectors can write a solution for his wet basement. The homeowner saw water seeping in through his foundation floor, and there was no sump pump to get rid of any of it! Once our inspector arrived, he knew what to install for this homeowner. He wrote up a plan that our production crew followed in order to keep this basement dry.
The plan included a TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard interior drainage system and a TrenchDrain!
The Old Sump Pit
Here was the old sump pit that was inconsistent about pumping water out. resulting in the floor being covered in water several times.

Here, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump and TrenchDrain to collect and pump the water out! This will keep this area dry for heavy storms and even power outages.
Second TrenchDrain
Where the door swings open, water has been giving this homeowner trouble. To assist with the drainage in this area, we installed another TrenchDrain.
