CleanSpace Onto the Walls
To protect this basement from water vapor intrusion, we covered the interior walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier! This lowers the risk of mold growth and musty odors. Near it, our TripleSafe sump pump is there to discharge any collected water seepage far and out of this foundation.
TrenchDrain at Stairs
This stairway entrance was notorious for letting water in. To stop surface water from building up in this area, we installed a TrenchDrain to prevent any build up!
IceGuard and LawnScape Outlet
This is the discharge line, where the water will end up. Our IceGuard is designed with grated holes to allow water to seep out in case the line freezes so that it doesn't clog up. Then the LawnScape outlet at the end allows the water to disperse evenly.
