Here's what the homeowner's sump pump looked like. The pit was too small, so the high volume of water was flowing out of it during the rainstorm. Mix that with the pump itself not even turning on, it was clear on why this basement was wet!

Our systems design specialist suggested swapping out the sump with our TripleSafe system. This was the best option because it comes with 3 pumps, so the pumping power has drastically increased! Unlike the old one, this has multiple pumps working with each other to keep this basement dry!
