If water sits on the floor, it can cause wood to rot or even a strange smell. To make sure water was getting to the sump pump, our team installed a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system. in addition, TrenchDrains were installed around the appliances to keep them protected from surface water. And on the walls, we placed CleanSpace to stop any outside moisture from creeping through the walls. This drastically decreases the chances of mold growth, which allows for a clean and happy basement.
SunHouse Window Enclosure
Lastly, this basement window had no cover at all, so we placed our SunHouse basement window enclosure system! The design of this enclosure is made to reflect as much natural light in as possible too!
