The basement in this Sharon, MA home was dealing with some leaking in the corner and needed to find a solution before it could sell. In that corner where the seepage was, our crew installed CleanSpace Wall to create a barrier from any moisture as well as a SuperSump Plus system. That sump pump will collect that water that seeps in after big rains and pump it out and away from the house, making one less concern for the new homeowners.
Sealed Wall
To prevent any moisture for coming through the wall, a CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed.
Sump Install
Since the owner was only seeing water in this corner, we installed just a sump pump to collect there.

The SuperSump is cemented in and the CleanSpace is sealed tight!
