
Valuables Away from the Walls
Prior to coming out, we ask the customer to move their belongings 4 feet away from the walls so we can create a barrier to protect everything from the concrete dust as much as possible.

Trenches Jackhammered
The perimeter of the floor is removed

Perimeter
The entire perimeter is removed unless there is an obstacle that cannot be moved, we go around it

Liner In Place
The sump liner is put in the ground

WaterGuard
The underground drainage system is put along the perimeter of the floor

Concrete
Concrete fills in the trenches over the WaterGuard

TrenchDrain
Around those obstacles, an open grate is placed instead of WaterGuard. This is called TrenchDrain

SuperSump
The SuperSump is all set and the pumps are in place
