John and Margaret contacted DryZone to waterproof their basement. We had presented them with all of their options in 2016 and they opted to complete the work in phases. We waterproofed their Dartmouth, MA property that year. After seeing the successful system in action, they added on the SaniDry Sedona at their first annual maintenance.

2016 WaterGuard Installation

The WaterGuard drainage pipe was installed along the perimeter of the basement

Crushed Stone

Our expert foreman covered the WaterGuard with crushed stone and then concreted over the trench

Perimeter

The WaterGuard system intercepts water at the perimeter of the basement and drains it unseen, safely away.

SuperSump

The WaterGuard drains to the SuperSump

SaniDry Sedona

The newest member in our SaniDry family is the Sedona. It is smaller and more powerful (the most efficient dehumidifier in the world) than previous models. It drains directly into the SuperSump and was added on in 2017!
