Corner Piece
The pieces of WaterGuard used for the corner of the basement are cut to fit the area!
TripleSafe Liner
The TripleSafe liner is placed in the pit and is ready to be concreted in place
TrenchDrain
We use TrenchDrain around obstacles that would make it impossible for us to stay flush to the wall. This will prevent any water from leaving that boxed in area. The TrenchDrain is connected directly to the WaterGuard
Interior Discharge Pipes
The white PVC pipes that connect from the TripleSafe to the exterior discharge pipes are neatly affixed to the wall
TripleSafe with Battery Back Up
The TripleSafe is the world's most reliable pumping system. With a main pump, secondary pump and battery-operated back up pump- the chances of the basement getting water are slim to none!
Exterior Discharge
The exterior discharge is buried under the lawn and a LawnScape outlet is placed at the end of the pipe. In this case, we installed a pop-up style outlet. When the pumps engage and water is forced through the discharge pipes and out of the basement, the pressure from the water will push the pop up, up. The water is drained and the pop up will fall back down when there is no pressure.
