Prep to Lay WaterGuard
The floor is prepped by jack-hammering the perimeter which allows us to install the WaterGuard drainage system under the floor. This will carry the water from the ground to the sump pump and back outside of the house.
Before SilverGlo
Warm air escapes through the cold concrete which costs more to heat your basement
After SilverGlo
SilverGlo is a 2" foam insulation board that is also a radiant barrier. It reflects heat back into the basement which saves on heating costs!

The TripleSafe is laid down in the sump pit and is covered with crushed stone for added filtration.
