When our existing customers moved into a new home in Rehoboth, they knew that they were not interested in inheriting the previous owner's water problems. Having had success waterproofing their previous home with DryZone, they made the right decision to call us back. We installed a TripleSafe SuperSump, a WaterGuard drainage system that went around the entire perimeter of the basement. We also dropped a replacement Zoeller pump into an existing liner in the basement.

SuperSump

Concrete Down

Wet concrete can be seen along the perimeter of the basement. A newly installed system!

WaterGuard

TripleSafe

The TripleSafe is a larger liner in order to hold all 3 pumps!

Twin IceGuards

The two pipes you see in the picture of the TripleSafe are the pipes that carry the water up and out of the basement. They exit the home through the IceGuards which will prevent the line from freezing in the winter and having that water back up back into your basement

Discharge

The 2 pipes converge into one larger pipe which is buried underground. This line can freeze in the winter which is why annual maintenance is always recommended to keep that discharge line clear of debris!
