Challenge

Our company was contacted for an estimate to install a sump pump. The home owner had made their own sump pump with a hose and the hole in the ground and was allowing the hose to run the water into a sink in the basement. The home owner was having to dump the water, ring it out manually, and remove the water almost every day and eventually got tired of going through such a tedious process when there is a professional basement company right in the neighborhood!

Solution

The sales representatives decided that the best solution for the customer would be to have a triplesafe sump pump system installed to pump out any water that may enter into the basement. The triplesafe system is also inclusive to include a drainage system, ice guards, and other amenities to ensure proper draining of the water.

We also installed a SaniDry Dehumidifier to remove any moisture from the air in the basement, and prevent any humidity, mold or odors from becoming a problem!
