Solution
The sales representative and the customer developed a plan for her individual needs to ensure the water stops entering her basement, and she has no more nights spent draining her basement.
We installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump in her basement, with the liners, 120AMP sealed maintenance free battery. We also installed a water guard sub floor drainage system in the basement.
The crew also ran and tested the sump pump before leaving the job in order to ensure that everything was operating correctly.
