Waterproofing a Wet Basement in Providence, RI
Challenge
An angry customer in Providence, RI called our appointment center after seeing water infiltrate his basement floor. It was partially finished, so several of his belongings were damaged. Water will always find a point of weakest resistance, hence which was why the floor was covered in water. It made its way through various wall and floor cracks. He needed a sump pump solution, and for this large basement, we double the protection and installed 2 TripleSafe sump pumps!
Solution
Our 3-pump system is designed with 3 high-powered pumps made to discharge heavy volumes of water out the basement. It also comes with a backup pump, so if the power goes out, there's still a trusty sump pump working for this basement! Whenever we lose power, it tends to be during rainstorms. So our system is made for both strong storms and power shortages! After our production team installed both of the systems in opposite corners of the basement, the homeowner felt the immediate effects during the next storm! What were the effects? A complete, dry and safe basement!
