Clogged SaniDry Filter in Russell, MA
Challenge
This SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in Russell, MA was not working as efficiently when it was first installed. The homeowner was concerned because she didn't want her basement to get humid like it was back then. She had past experiences with awful smells and mold growth, and she was not planning on dealing with that again! When she gave us a call, we set an appointment for one of our service technicians to go out and visit her.
Solution
When our service technician arrived, he was directed to the SaniDry Sedona. He opened up the system and immediately found the issue at hand. The filter was clogged up from debris and dust building up over time. Turns out, this was the first time her SaniDry Sedona underwent a maintenance check, so the technician was able to clean out the filter and double check the coils to make sure everything was clear to go. He informed her that she can do annual maintenance checks, since she forgot from the previous time we serviced her home!
