A customer called our appointment center looking for a sump pump system to move the water out of his unfinished basement. This was causing a lot of stress for him because he had items that were valuable to him down there. It was until the point where he saw puddles scattered across the floor when he drew the final straw. Water can cause damage to not only the structure of the house, or even the items down there, but the health of somebody due to the chances of mold growth. Our appointment center responded quickly and scheduled a day for one of our inspectors to visit the home and deliver an estimate.
Solution
The inspector that visited the home assessed the situation carefully and drew the conclusion that a TripleSafe sump pump would cater best to this customer. To begin, a production team jackhammered a sump pit to place the liner in, once they made the sump pit in the lowest spot in the basement, they placed the liner in, along with the three pumps. After, they made a discharge line that went from the sump pump to the outside of the backyard, where the water won't be able to return to the foundation!
