This homeowner of a house that was built in 1969 was seeing water come up through his floor constantly. He had no solution to get rid of this seepage as it was creating a damp and musty environment. Solution
In the plan, the inspector included a WaterGuard interior drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump. These two systems work perfectly together as the WaterGuard sits inside the perimeter, collecting wall and floor seepage! Water won't be able to sit around in the basement anymore because of this, and then that water gets channeled to the TripleSafe sump pump to be discharged!
