TripleSafe Sump Pump and IceGuards Installation in Assonet, MA

Challenge

This customer in Assonet, MA was facing constant basement flooding issues whenever there was a heavy rain fall. The winter time was also tough, with systems freezing up. Over time, the customer became more concerned for the well-being of his home, and wanted the expertise of our company to help! 

This issue was his current waterproofing system was old, not reliable and was installed years ago. This meant his property was at high risk of getting damaged if the wrong storm were to strike his house. Our inspector was able to visit the home and assess the problem more closely. 

Solution

After a very thorough assessment, the inspector recommended to install a TripleSafe sump pump, which is our three-pimp system designed to handle high volumes of water, and IceGuards to prevent the discharge lines from being clogged up. The team swiftly removed the old sump, installed the primary, secondary and battery powered backup pump. Then, the made a new discharge line to connect the IceGuards to, and once the job was done, this basement's value was increased due to the more improved system installed!
