Inefficient Sump Pump in

This homeowner that lived in Lenox, MA had a basement with a long history of water issues. The existing sump pump in his basement was very unreliable as it was struggling to keep up with the persistent water coming in. This caused him to seek out for help, and he luckily landed on our website! Our appointment center was able to set up a day for an inspector to visit the basement and write down a solution.
Solution
During the inspection, the homeowner explained how inefficient his sump pump was, and it was then when the main issue was spotted. The system was old, had clear signs of damaged and had never been cleaned about by a professional company. First, a production team arrived to the basement and removed the inefficient sump pump. After, they brought in a jack hammer to open up a new sump pit that was big enough for the TripleSafe liner to snug right in. Once that was complete, they installed the pumps, connected that to a discharge line and covered the remining sump pit whole with fresh concrete.
