Clogged Up Sump Pump In Northfield, MA
Challenge
This customer in Northfield, MA has been very pleased with the TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard interior drainage system that we installed for him years prior before contacting us again. He informed us that his TripleSafe system wasn't turning on. Any sump pump that doesn't turn on should be checked by a professional immediately, or else costly damages could happen. A flood may occur if water isn't being discharged, or mold could grow due to the sitting water. There are many other things that could go wrong if sump pumps aren't turning on, so that's why we sent a service technician to diagnose and solve the issue!
Solution
Once the technician arrived, he opened up all the systems we installed, including the WaterGuard interior drainage system. Turns out, it wasn't the sump pump that was the issue, it was more the fact that the WaterGuard system was clogged up from mud and debris! The technician then completely flushed out the system with a hose through the inspection ports that come with the WaterGuard.
