First Maintenance Appointment in Upton, MA

Challenge

This homeowner in Upton, MA moved into his new home and noticed a sump pump system that he was very unfamiliar with! He really wasn’t sure what to expect from the system so he called our office for some information. 

Solution

We set up an appointment with our service department to go out and do a full cleaning on the system while explaining the setup to the new owner and answer any questions. It was a good thing too because this system had not been service for about 15 years and had shown signs of failure! Our technician, Curtis, was able to replace the pump and clean the liner along with the discharge to make sure there were no blocks or debris that could cause any issues. Our new owner was given some peace of mind knowing that his system was working properly and he had some knowledge on what was going on in his basement!
