Sump Replacement to Sell in Wrentham, MA

Challenge

This home in Wrentham, MA had an existing sump pump but when the basement flooded after the sump was overwhelmed their plans to sell the home were put on pause. They knew how hard it would be to list a home with a unreliable system in place so they needed some professional help and called DryZone Basement System. 

Solution

Our inspector Dan went to the home and took a look at setup they had and told them all about the systems we had and how we could help upgrade the existing sump to one that would be appealing to potential buyers, one they could trust.
