Challenge

This customer has been having water in his basement coming from what he believes are various places within the flooring of his basement. He said it has been getting much worse this past year and needs the space looked at and fixed. We got right over and took a look to find an existing sump pump that did not seem to be able to handle all of the water and we also actually found standing water in the basement in one small spot.

We have many appointments where customers get water but we don't actually see the water- only evidence the water was there like staining on the wall or floor, musty odor, and humidity.

Solution

We knew it was time for a sump pump upgrade and two at that. We installed our SuperSump Plus along with our TripleSafe Sump Pump to carry this heavy water load this customer has happening. We also installed our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

The SuperSump has built-in alarm alerts should the water rise too hight, an air-tight lid, storage in the lid, and is incredibly reliable at high-volume pumping with its 1/3 HP Zoeller cast iron pump!

The TripleSafe Sump is actually a three-pump system that also has an airtight lid. It is a batter-powered unit so that should the electricty go out this pump keeps working- a great feature considering if the electricity is out there is more than likely a storm happening! The unique aspect of this pump is that it is actually three pumps in one system and simply adjusts to accommodate the water load requirement!

As for the Sedona SaniDry, it not bulk that's for sure and a welcomed attribute for most dehumidifiers. This helps make it a world's best along with its efficiency and filtration performance. ELiminate mold, must, and high humidity with this great unit.
