Upgraded Sump Pump in Weymouth, MA

Challenge

This homeowner in Weymouth, MA was worried about her existing pump and wanted some reassurance with a good pump and battery backup. She had talked to her neighbor about her worries and they suggested she get a free estimate with DryZone and look into our TripleSafe sump system. After some bad experiences with past contractors, homeowner Ginny, was cautious with our inspector Rick, which was completely understandable. He made sure he answered all her questions and made her feel confident and comfortable with our company.

Solution

The install lead by our foreman Kyle went smoothly! He installed a TripleSafe sump system with the battery backup that would help give Ginny that reassurance that there would be a pump ready in case of a power failure or an overwhelming amount of water. Then, next to the sump pump, a SaniDry dehumidifier was added to collect moisture from the air and keep the basement dry. With the SaniDry right next to the sump, the water pulled by the dehumidifier could drain right into the sump and there is no need to empty it, the pumps will do that for Ginny! Now she has a nice new system that she can trust.
