Challenge

This home in Bridgewater, MA had water find its way into the basement so the homeowners made a quick fix sump to take care of seepage, but they knew it wouldn’t be a long-term solution. With hopes to finish the basement someday, they knew they needed a professional to check out their basement and educated them on the world of waterproofing and what they could do in their space. After a visit with Todd, they felt a lot better knowing the products and trusting that our professionals would have solutions for their problem.

Solution

Installation was a breeze for our team, lead by our foreman Carlos! The homeowners already had a hole where the homemade pump was in, so we could modify that spot to fit our sump liner for the TripleSafe system that will be used to protect this basement. The third pump of this three-pump system is powered by a battery backup pump that will operate if the home loses power, perfect for New England storm season! After the install, the owners were pleased and excited to have a professional system they could trust!
