Challenge
The dreadful storm season, when rain and wind don’t hold back and threaten the safety and dryness of basements all over! In Halifax, MA this customer, Angelina, had a flooded basement after her old system couldn’t keep up with the rains and needed our help! She was patient with us since we were so busy with calls and was very glad she waited after meeting and conversing with our team who was able to create a plan that would help her problems in the basement.
Solution
During the install, our TripleSafe sump pump with battery backup pump included and Waterguard was added to the basement. The TripleSafe has three pumps, the backup one will kick on in the case of a power outage, perfect for storm season and all seasons peace of mind! The Waterguard goes around the whole basement and ties into the pump’s liner to collect and drain the water into the liner so the pumps can get it out. Angelina was so happy with the service of our crew and the products installed; it was a pleasure to work with such a wonderful customer!
