Full Basement Waterproofing in Scituate, MA

Challenge

Diana and her husband Roger were looking for a way to waterproof their basement in Scituate, MA for the long term, they were done with having moisture in their basement! When they gave us a call and explained their issue, our gears were already turning and ready to get out there to lean a hand. Our inspector Sam got down in the basement and envisioned a plan to give Roger and Diana peace of mind during the storm season, which they decided on and trusted out of all the quotes they got.

Solution

We installed the whole package in their basement knowing how determined they were to get the space waterproofed and to stay waterproof, they didn’t want any more problems! The CleanSpace on the walls creates a vapor barrier while the Waterguard along the perimeter works with the TripleSafe sump pump to collect and pump out any water that gets inside their basement. Once the brand-new floor was poured and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed, water stood no chance against this space ad proved itself during a storm not long after the installation. Roger was so pleased with the work and how well it worked, he was also very glad they had battery backup benefit in the TripleSafe as they needed it when they lost power.
