Leaky Basement in Warwick, RI

The owners of this Warwick, RI home were planning on selling the house but needed to take care of the leaking basement before passing it over to a new owner. Without wanting to spend a fortune, they called DryZone and explained the situation, looking to us for help. After proposals and discussions, we created a plan that suited the basement and their budget, then we could prep for install. We installed a perimeter of Waterguard to collect the water seeping in along the walls, as well as a SuperSump system that will get the water from the Waterguard and pump it out of the basement. This worked out perfectly and was able to help get their home sold!
