A customer from Woodstock Valley, CT had to have the fire department pump water out of his basement twice in order to get the rain water out! Although he owned a sump pump, his house lost power which resulted in a basement pool. After he called us for an improved sump pump system, our inspector was able to meet up with him to discuss the best solution.
After observing the wet basement, the inspector proposed to have our team install a TripleSafe sump pump system to provide permanent safety from floods! The homeowner knew this was going to be the transformation his basement needed, and proceeded with the job.
Our production team arrived a week later to swap out his old sump pump. They opened up the floor a bit more since our TripleSafe contains a bigger sump liner, and once the primary, secondary and battery backup pump were all installed, the homeowner felt a gush of confidence again. He was glad to have a sump pump system that is more powerful and will still discharge water during power outages!
