This unfinished Westport, MA basement was taking on water year-round, and especially in periods of heavy rain and windy storms. With water seeping in from cracks along the wall/floor joint, and puddling on the floor - it was time to call in the professionals. Our inspector, Steve, who is very familiar with this area, suggested to the homeowner and her son that they install our WaterGuard drainage system, as well as a TripleSafe sump pump system to help eliminate their water issues. Our foreman, Lucio and his team, expertly installed our system in this basement and cleaned it up as if we had never been there!
This homeowner was concerned about his damp garage, and made a quick call to our appointment center. An expert inspector arrived to the basement to assess the situation, and provided him with an estimate to install a TripleSafe sump pump and have that be connected to a TrenchDrain system. This solution sounded perfect, and the homeowner gave the green light for the installation.
Once the production team swiftly installed the TripleSafe into the corner and placed the TrenchDrain along the whole doorway entrance, this garage is now safe from water intrusion!
