We received a call from this customer in West Stockbridge, MA because they wanted to install a sump pump for the basement. Over the years, the customer saw water slowly build up in one section of the basement, and there was a growing concern as puddles began getting bigger. To solve this, our inspector observed the situation in person, then brought over a production crew to install a TripleSafe sump pump.
