This customer from Walpole, MA was worried about his finished basement becoming a flood zone. He didn't own a sump pump or drainage system to keep the area dry, so he contacted us for a solution.
One of our inspectors were able to visit the home and assess the basement. After the inspector took his measurements and observations, he proposed to the homeowner a waterproofing solution that consisted of our interior WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard is perfect for collecting the water seepage while the TripleSafe discharges any water out of the basement. Once the details were agreed upon, our production crew was called upon to install the system weeks later.
The crew had to demo some of the finished wall and floor in order to gain access to the footing. They placed the WaterGuard in a perimeter trench they made with the jack hammer and installed the sump pump in the lowest spot in the floor. Once the two were integrated, the customer felt relieved about his basement now! Safe to say this customer won't have to worry about losing his finished basement to water!
