This homeowner in Southbridge, MA wanted to raise his living room floor back to the correct level after discovering it was sloping down. After taking a look in the basement, the homeowner realized that his support post was rotting away, and needed a new solution.

When this customer first spoke to our Customer Service Representative she stated that she had an inch of water over her basement floor. She had an old crack in the foundation and there was water on the walls near her stairway. There were puddles of standing water.
