This basement from Provincetown, MA needed a waterproofing solution after a rainy weekend. Our inspector visited the home and proposed that we install a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system that will go around the basement floor. Additionally, he proposed to install a TripleSafe sump pump for the best kind of protection against heavy rains and power outages all year long. 

 

The homeowner made no hesitation to say yes, and our production team got right to work! They non-invasively opened up the basement floor with jackhammers to install both the WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump system. To improve the air quality in this basement, we wrapped the interior walls with CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier to keep the moisture outside.
