During the call, our center scheduled an appointment for one of our inspectors to visit the home and deliver a free estimate. Two instances of flooded basement; both having to do with the recent rains. With the first, the sump was never overwhelmed (well never flooded) but 1/2" of water came into the basement. It eventually drained, but within the same storm, our GFI tripped and the sump shut off then flooding the basement with another 3/4".
