Being located on a main road in Bridgewater, MA can drive a lot of foot traffic through our doors. This customer in particular came in to see what we were all about. Peg and Nancy came in and were greeted by our wonderful canines in the office and Todd Lutinski came running to greet them. They described their water issues and how they could not store anything in the storage area of their basement because of the seeping water (despite having an existing sump pump) Todd left the office with them and accompanied the pair to their Avon home to take a look. Todd's 'infectious and professional' personality instilled trust in the customers. They knew we could handle their issues and they could tell we were a company that stands by our work. Todd's solution was WaterGaurd, a SuperSump and an UltraSump battery back up. The job went smoothly and Peg and Nancy are happy customers. They've even come back to visit and say hi! They have definitely gained a friend or 2 within these DryZone Basement Systems walls.
Louie T is a Florida resident with multiple properties in the Northeast. He was getting frustrated every time he was in sunny Florida and would see it raining in Massachusetts. Why? Because he would get calls from many of his tenants complaining about having to pump out the basement. Finally, Louie said, "Enough is enough!" He contacted DryZone to look one property to begin with. When that problem was fixed without a hitch he knew who to call for his remaining properties. Louie chose DryZone because he could trust that we would do our job with integrity, we would be there for his tenants if they needed assistance with the system and we would standby our work. In his Bellingham rental property the biggest issue was the water entering through one side of the basement, where the floor meets the wall. Tim, his system design specialist for all of his properties, suggested WaterGuard perimeter drain system, the TripleSafe sump pump and a SaniDry XP dehumidifier. The WaterGuard catches the water that enters through that floor/wall joint and directs it to the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe with it's 3 pumps and battery back up gets the water OUT without it even being seen. The SaniDry dehumidifier is ducted into the finished area of the basement and automatically drains the water into the sump pump. No more emptying the dehumidifier. Louie and his multiple tenants are so happy he called us!
The home owner had recently built their dream home and they wanted to assure themselves that their basement would stay dry! They eventually wanted to finish the basement for extra living space. After meeting our home show promoter at the Foxboro Stadium Home Show they decided it was time to get a free estimate!
We met the home owners and our system design specialist explained our products to them and they were instantly impressed. Our installation team installed a complete waterproofing system with a perimeter drain system, SaniDry dehumidification system and TripleSafe sump pump system. The TripleSafe pump is equipped with a secondary back up pump and a battery back up in case of power failure.
The customer was very happy with the final product and excited to eventually finish the basement into a comfortable living room knowing it was safe and protected from any New England weather.
Crystal contacted us in July 2016. She had just moved to the Northeast from Texas and needed to be educated. She had actually never seen a basement before! She was complaining about the musty smell that was coming from the new level in her home. Being from Texas, she wasn't accustomed to the moist, New England air. Luckily, her father had contacted DryZone many years before and knew which solution she needed.
We installed the SaniDry XP dehumidifier in this Millis home. With it's low maintenece set up (set it and forget it!) and self-draining design, Crystal does not have to go in the basement and play with settings or empty the water manually. She knows it's doing its job of removing moisture because it has made a noticable difference in the air quality in her new home. She says it's the best descision she made to purchase this product and thanks her dad often for recommending DryZonr Basement Systems and the SaniDry XP dehumidifier.

We have a contractor, Randy, who has worked with us on six homes in Wellesley Hills, MA. This contractor has been our customer since we opened our doors in 2007 and continues to refer clients to DryZone. His favorite product is the SaniDry XP dehumidifier.
The SaniDry dehumidifier is Energy Star rated and is ten times more powerful than traditional, store bought dehumidifiers. It can remove up to 109 pints of water a day! Wow! It is also self-draining so there are no messy buckets of water to constantly empty. His customers (and ours) can tell the difference in just a few hours of being installed.
Randy will continue to call us because we are his local SaniDry installer!
Chris N. in Cohasset, Massachusetts contacted DryZone after researching companies on Angie's List. He had purchased a home that had a small section of basement with a fieldstone foundation. It connected to the new, poured concrete basement. Like many homes in the area, the house also had a fieldstone crawlspace.
Chris had concerns about the structural intergrity of the lally columns in the basement and crawlspace. He was looking to have the rotting fiberglass insulation removed and replaced with a better solution, such as spray foam. He wanted a dehumidifier, encapsulation and a battery back up for the existing sump pump.
Sam Crowley went out to inspect the basement and crawlspace and develop a solution. We encapulated the crawlspace with a 20 mil vapor barrier called CleanSpace after removing the debris from the fiberglass insulation. On the basement side, we installed our WaterGuard drain system to carry the water to a SuperSump. We also replaced an existing sump pump with another SuperSump for extra protection. The SaniDry Sedona was set up to drain into the new sump. This unit can dehumidify a crawlspace or a full basement and can remove up to 100 pints of water an hour! DryZone and the installation crew, lead by Steve DaSilva, installed a SmartJack to stabilize the lally columns that were compromised. There was also a leaking crack that was repaired with FlexiSpan. Finally. our spray foam technician. Matt Bezarro, came in to spray the rim joists with the foam solution.
Chris is extremely happy with the results in his new home, all of his issues were addressed and he is ready to enjoy his new investment!
These homeowners in Foxboro, MA wanted to finish their basement but dampness was holding them back from going through with the work. John knew they’d have to address the water before any finishing could take place or all the work would just get moist and risk molding. We sent our specialist out to access the space and figure what would be the best way to solve this.
With finishing in mind, we knew they needed the whole package to much sure it was a system they could trust and rely on during rain and snow storms. In plan we proposed and installed CleanSpace vapor barrier and Waterguard drainage system along the walls, and a TripleSafe sump pump to get any water we collected in the system out of the basement. With a full drainage perimeter and our strongest pumps, John knew his basement and family would be safe and comfortable in their dry basement.
With moisture seeping into their crawlspace, these homeowners in Wellesley, MA were looking for someone to address and fix their issue and luckily, they found us! We had an inspector perform a free estimate where they went to the home and checked out the space before offering their suggestions on how we could help them fix it. We proposed lining the space with our CleanSpace to create a barrier to keep moisture out along with a SuperSump to remove any water that got in the crawl as well as a SaniDry dehumidifier to tackle moisture in the air. A plan they loved and went through with, creating a dry crawlspace in their home.
These new homeowners had a musty issue going on in the basement but was really unsure of what to do. A relative suggested a SaniDry dehumidifier, they had one in their basement and loved it! With no water issues, a dehumidifier would be enough to fight off that musty smell and humidity in the basement. Our crew installed it, no problems, and it's now filtering the space and helping with the overall health of the air in the whole home.
This Dover, MA home was seeing some water seep through the cracks in the basement wall causing issues with moisture. Step one to fix the issue is to seal the cracks with our FlexiSpan system. This customer in Braintree, MA was keeping up with his annual maintenance on the TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry dehumidifier we previously installed and was discussing the appointment to our service technician. Our tech recommended some additional products that could be helpful to keep the basement going strong and dry for a long time and with the potential to one day finish the space, the owner was all ears! After upgrading his setup, he now can feel confident when finishing the basement!
This basement in Brookline, MA was dealing with a humidity issue that was getting in the way of their plans to finish the space. One key tool to combat humidity is a good quality dehumidifier, especially if there are plans to finished or the space already is. Finishing a basement involves putting organic materials on the wall and floor that will cover the foundation, trapping moisture in-between and creating a perfect breeding ground for mold. A dehumidifier, like our SaniDry unit, is a great addition to keeping the space dry and protected from unseen threats to your home!
This homeowner in Needham Heights, MA had upgraded their sump pump to our TripleSafe system and were so pleased! After having our inspector out, it was clear the SunHouses would be beneficial to the home and they were installed! Now the home owner doesn’t have to worry about moisture and plant growth damaging his windows or blocking natural light!

We sent an inspector straight to the source of the problem, and after full evaluation, he decided to have our crew install a TripleSafe sump pump and an IceGuard. Luckily, the lowest part of her basement was where the water was, so installing the TripleSafe there to discharge the water was very convenient.
