This customer from Milton, MA was complaining about his basement floor being covered in puddles. Water kept seeping in through the wall, and he had no way to get rid of the water. Until he called us for a sump pump. To determine the best solution, our inspector visited his home to measure the dimensions of his basement and determine the best location for our product. Once he found a low spot in the floor, he suggested to the customer that our team installs our TripleSafe sump pump, our 3-pump system that can handle heavy rains and power outages all year long. Once the agreement was made, our production team arrived weeks later to begin the installation.
To begin, the crew had to demolish a bottom portion of the finished wall in order to make room for the TripleSafe. Then, they jackhammered a sump pit that was big enough for our TripleSafe liner to fit in. Once all 3 pumps were installed, the crew covered the rest with fresh concrete and connected a discharge line that ran from this system, all the way to the backyard where the water will be dispersed evenly. Now, this customer won't have to worry about a wet basement for a long time coming!
Water kept coming through the floor of this basement in Milton, MA. When the homeowner contacted us, he was very irritated with the amount of surface water just sitting there. This was when we sent an inspector to take a closer look at where the water was coming from so that a solution could be made. After the evaluation, the inspector sent over a production crew to install a TripleSafe sump pump and connected it to the WaterGuard interior drainage system. Now that there is a reliable drainage system to collect the floor and wall seepage, there won't be anymore surface water in the basement for a while!
A customer in Milton, MA wanted to improve his partially finished basement. When he contacted our appointment center, we learned that he already had an existing sump pump system, but it was only draining into a sink. There was no proper drainage system installed so he reached out to us for a solution. We sent over an inspector to give a free estimate on the type of job we could do. The inspector informed the customer that our WaterGuard interior drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump work well together to keep any basement dry. The customer wanted to go through with the plan because he needed a reliable drainage system. Our production crew then jackhammered the whole inside perimeter of the basement where the WaterGuard and crushed stone will be placed in. The WaterGuard is designed with spacers to create a flange that collects water seepage, and drain it towards the new sump pit we jackhammered. This sump pit is bigger, has better drainage and the best part, it holds our TripleSafe sump pump! After both systems were installed, the customer was delighted to see a functioning waterproofing system in his basement!
A customer from Milton, MA was experiencing running and standing water in his basement at least twice a year. He had two sump pumps and a French drain as well, but the basement is damp all year still. Our professional inspector went to the customer's house to examine the basement and he found that an additional sump pump would increase the amount of pumping power. The problem was one of the rooms still had some standing water, so both of the existing sump pumps couldn't move that water. So we installed our TripleSafe sump pump in the room so that there'd be no more puddles! The customer was delighted after seeing our TripleSafe in action, he was amazed how much water it can hold in the sump pit!
A homeowner from Milton, MA called in regards of her wet basement. She saw water coming in from two corners of her basement as she lacked a drainage system and a sump pump. When we sent over an inspector to come up with a plan, he noticed how the homeowner's basement needed waterproofing badly. He informed the homeowner on our WaterGuard interior drainage system along with the TripleSafe sump pump. There was a wall that would've interfered with the WaterGuard, so the inspector said we could demo the wall so they could install our best products. The homeowner went forward with the purchase so we had a production crew begin the installation. They created a trench inside the perimeter for the WaterGuard so it can collect and drain water coming in, which is essential so that there is no puddling going on. Then, the dug a sump pit to place the TripleSafe in; this discharges any water being collected so that the homeowner avoids any potential floods.
This homeowner in Milton, MA already had an existing waterproofing system consisting of a sump pump that drains into a sink in his basement. The issue was that there's no drainage system, so there were small amounts of puddling water around the floor, and the sink would overflow at times. The inspector saw the problem himself when he visited to come up with a plan, and he concluded that this homeowner needed our WaterGuard interior drainage system to connect with a TripleSafe sump pump. The homeowner knew that our drainage system was the perfect solution, and did agree that he could use a sump pump upgrade, so our production crew installed the WaterGuard inside the perimeter so it can collect any wall and floor seepage. All of that water gets drained to the TripleSafe that they installed in a new sump pit. This homeowner won't be worrying about his sink overflowing anymore!
A homeowner in Milton, MA called us complaining about the walls leaking water after every time it rained. The water would just sit in his basement, causing humidity and small signs of mold growth. He wanted a way for this water to drain, and we had the perfect solution for him! We jackhammered the inside perimeter of the basement, and placed out WaterGuard interior drainage system! This system creates a non-clogging piping system that creates a small gap between the wall and the guard itself, so that wall seepage could naturally fall into it! Now, this homeowner won't have to see standing water lurking in his basement again!
