Everyone we came in contact with us very professional, and courteous.

I did feel bad for the installer as he had to leave for about an hour and come back to finish. It was probably after 8 pm before he finished, but he cleaned up very nicely.

Everything went like clockwork. The team arrived when they were expected, kept noise and dust to a minimum, and cleaned up when they were done. It took part of a second day to complete our project, which was expected.

Since then, we have seen a very heavy rain and the basement remained bone dry, except for a small spot in the center of the floor, which evaporated quickly thanks to the dehumidifier we requested. The next time that spot appears, I will draw a chalk circle around it so we can find it again when we call Rob Coggeshall, our rep, to bring it to his attention. I am looking forward to how the system will perform in March and April, typically the months with the most rain.

We are extremely pleased with how the project went, from start to finish, and we would recommend your company highly to anyone who needed your services.
