The Appointment Center representative set a time and date for a qualified System Design Specialist to go out and inspect the property.

   He determined what would work best for this customer, then sat down and explained why via presentation on a laptop. He showed the homeowner what would be required and answered all questions and concerns he had. Next, a production date was set.

   The production crew arrived at the home in the early morning ready to get to work. They drilled along the perimeter of the basement and filled the hollowed out space with crushed stones by hand. Then they put down WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system. They then put in a TripleSafe pump and discharge line to drain water out of the basement and away from the foundation of the home. They also installed a SaniDry dehumidifier to remove any excess moisture out of the air.

   The homeowner was delighted at the final results of the work we did to his home. Now when it rains, the water drains out of his home and there is no longer humidity in the air. He can now rest easy, knowing he won't be waking up after a rainy night to a disaster in his basement.
