We initially had another Basement Systems company that was closer to our home install the system and it has stood the test of time. Our basement would flood 2-3 times per year. It has been 5 years and we have not had a wet basement since...even through hurricane Irene. We had recently learned that the company that installed our system no longer existed, so we called DryZone Basement Systems to assist with the repair of a cracked discharge cover. They were very responsive, sent someone over promptly, replaced the cover, inspected the system, and transferred the warranty. Since then, we were having some work done on our basement and contacted DryZone Basement Systems with some questions. Again, they were very responsive. Craig spoke to our contractor directly and reassured us that the work that was being done would not compromise our system. It is nice to work with a company that is so thorough, prompt, and responsive.

This customer reached out to us due to having several cracks beneath their windows. One crack was leaking water while the other three were hairline cracks.

We installed 3 FlexiSpan wall crack repair systems. This is a topical repair we use for cracks that are not structural in nature. It is made of a polyurethane sealant that covers the entire length of the crack, followed with a foam that is flexible, porous and covered by an impermeable membrane that connects directly to the surface. This system is permanent and works with a perimeter drain.
